How do I get the gel out of the pen?Updated a month ago

Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the pen until the gel flows onto the brush-tip applicator. When there is gel on the brush-tip, apply a even, thin layer to each tooth. Make sure to cover the entire surface of your teeth!
